Big Ox is shipped via National Carrier and usually arrives approximately seven to ten days after your order has been processed. Supply and demand may cause slight delays.

Please note that the FAA will not allow any oxygen product to be transported via airplane. Therefore, if you are planning to take Big Ox on a ski trip or other extreme sport vacation that requires you to fly, we will gladly ship your order to your destination. To do this, simply use the hotel's, condo's, etc address as the "shipping address" or put this information in the "special instructions". (Please include the name of the person the reservation is under if it is someone other than yourself.)
